How Much Is It?
One Absolute Head Lice Cure kit is $34.99. One kit is enough for 1 child with shoulder length or longer hair. If
your children have shorter hair (ie: above the shoulders) you can use 1 kit for two children. TOO

Why does it cost so much?
Well, the ingredients are pretty expensive. The base inert ingredient is mineral oil that is refined to the point
of it being harmless and even ingestible!!! The cost of that is high. Several of the active ingredients are rare or
hard to extract and and cost about $20 for half an ounce. A 12 oz. can, (like a soda pop) is $480! With the
other active ingredients, the mixture process and exact temperature, it turns out to be quite an ordeal to
manufacture. We are not making a lot of money off of this product. We do make a little and it goes towards
the kid�s college fund. We just know there is a great need for this. If we sell a lot - great, if not - it's not life or
death (we both have jobs). We just wanted to help people with this extremely frustrating condition.

No nit-picking? Really?
Why don't I have to nit-pick with your product?
Yes, nits are the huge issue for everyone. You do not have to nit-pick with our product and here is why: The
formula does a couple of things for redundancy to kill the nits...in other words, if one way doesn't kill them,
the other way will.

Well, let's first address the issue on how the product works against nits: It works by a triple-redundancy
method. First it creates an environment that is intolerable for lice. Since lice ONLY live on human and they
can ONLY eat human blood and they can ONLY have an environment with sustained average temperatures,
they are very vulnerable. So, first we cause them to have an environment that they can not live on..(you could
do that without our product with substances like gasoline, diesel, pesticides, and a host of other items will
kill them), the problem then is that we want to be safe for even little infants or pregnant women.So much for
the gasoline, diesel, and pesticides!

We wanted to create a product safe for the littlest infants yet aggressive enough to kill lice and nits. Our
solution creates a terribly hostile environment for lice but it is safe for everyone (barring allergies becuse it
does have botanical oils). Imagine if you will that our air filled up with a toxic chemical, where would we go?
What would we do? If we couldn't move to another planet, we would just die off. That is what happens to lice.
As soon as the solution is on the scalp it causes the first system to go down. In most animals, the first
system to stop is the reproductive system, so that is the first thing that the solution causes a stress to the
bugs and they stop reproducing immediatly. They stop producing nits. The second system to go down is
digestive. they stop eating the blood of your loved one. But, that is only the first way our formula works.

The second way is that we have a soybean oil mixture that eats at the glue that holds the nits to the hair
shaft. This way the nits fall off. Nits are non-viable if they fall off. They need the warmth of the head to
incubate them. Even nits that are an inch away from the scalp will not survive.

A third way is that a combination of oils that we have in the mixture actually eats at the nit shell. Once the
nit shell is compromised, the nit is as good as dead. They dry and flake away.

Since we ask you to do the treatment more than once (which is why we provide so much solution) is that if a
nit happens to make it through that, and hatches, as soon as it hatches in will be in an environment that will
kill it. The other natural botanical oils in our solution kill live lice so that if one nit were able to survive the 1st
two, and hatch, it would kill the now live lice! It has the triple redundacy so that it will kill nits AND live lice.
We do this before it reaches reproductive maturity.

How long has this product been around?
11 years. We have helped thousands and thousands of people rid themselves of head lice and nits. We have
11 years of experience with people and have never had to refund money due to product failure. We have
cured lice in every case over the 11 years. Every single case.

How does it work? Does it smother lice?
No, it does not smother lice. We have found a mixture of natural botanical oils, which if combined and
separated at the right temperatures, will kill lice and the nits. Unfortunately, it is too strong to put directly on
the scalp. So we dilute the solution in a base oil. It has NOTHING TO DO WITH SMOTHERING. If you have
used Olive Oil, Mineral Oil or other oil treatments, you already know, THEY DON'T WORK! Our product
works in a complex way by both method and solution. There simply is no way lice or their offspring can
survive! NO WAY! It has nothing to do with suffocation (smothering) of lice.

What are the ingredients?
We have a proprietary way of mixing the oils. This we discovered through trial and error. The ingredients
alone are ineffective without proper emulsification and fusion methods. We use varying tempuratures on
certain oils to cause a reaction that creates the final head lice solution. The ingredients are listed on the

What is the expiration date of the solution?
Our solution has a 12 year shelf life. Just shake it up and pour. Many people order preemptivlely as a head
lice first aid kit.

Why doesn't my doctor know about your product?
We are just a family, not a huge multibillion dollar company. We are trying to educate school nurses about
this treatment but we do not have the big advertising dollars like drug companies and pharmaceuticals have.
Most doctors do not have the time to individually test new products and watch for possible side effects. They
depend on the medical industry and government agencies, such as the FDA, EPA and all kinds of other
alphabets to provide them with scientific studies and approve or disapprove what should be prescribed. For
over 10 years, our product has been successfully helping families rid themselves of lice problems. Word of
mouth from satisfied customers and desperate parents searching the internet for better solutions are how
we�ve managed to get the word out.

If the FDA approves Lindane, doesn�t that mean it is safe for my
family?
Not necessarily! The FDA is constantly testing and trying out products because it takes time for certain
results to become apparent. Unfortunately Lindane which is the active ingredient in most over-the-counter and
prescription drugs for head lice, is a horrible pesticide. In other words, it�s poison! The EPA has already
banned Lindane for agricultural issues, however the FDA is still allowing this poison to be used in
pharmaceutical products. At the time of this writing, 52 (FIFTY TWO) countries have banned Lindane and
more countries are considering doing so as well (source: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lindane). There is now
fear that Lindane may be a carcinogen, which links it to cancer!! (source:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Carcinogen). After learning what we did about Lindane, we didn�t want to expose
our children to the dangers it presents. Our product is SAFE for your children and WILL remove those
horrible lice from your children and your home.

How do I know it is going to work?
It is difficult for small businesses such as ours to prove our product unless you try it. We have the guarantee
that if used correctly, this product WILL WORK! We have hundreds of letters and e-mails of people calling us
"lifesavers", "saints", and "blessed". Usually, people finally come to us after they have spent a hundred
dollars or more on other products or their doctors tell them they can�t apply any more Lindane because it�s
too soon from the last application. They are desperate to try ANYTHING that will work. They order from us
out of desperation and then write saying how they wished they had ordered from us FIRST. Read some of the
comments. They are from real customers who tried our product. The way it is made and applied: It has no
choice but to work.

How much is in a container?
Head Lice Cure comes in a kit with 4 - 16oz. containers of the solution. This may seem like a lot of product
but we designed it for the longest hair and/or some left over in case of re-infestation.

How much does your "kit" weigh?
4 pounds. Each kit has half a gallon of Head Lice Cure.

How many people per application?
One kit is designed for 1 person with very long hair. If you have 2 people with short hair (above the shoulder)
you can probably use 1 kit on both people.

Is it safe to get in the eyes or ears?
Yes & No. As with any hair product, you must take precautions to make sure this does not get in eyes. It
will sting if it gets in the eyes. It will also blur the vision until the eye washes the solution away or the eye is
flushed, just like a typical shampoo. It is ingestible in small amounts but causes severe diarrhea and
cramping. However, it DOES NOT soak into the skin and cause possible nervous-system damage like
pesticides!

Will it damage my child's hair in any way?
No. Everyone's chemistry is different so I say that with a little caution. The solution is good for the hair but it
may cause dry scalp in some people.

Does it smell?
The Head Lice solution has an extremely faint, but pleasant, odor. Most people smell nothing and assume
there are no active ingredients in it. There are...and they work!

Why don't I have to nit-pick with your product?
This formula makes an intolerable environment for lice. The lice attach eggs (nits) to the hair follicle with a
super glue that is VERY hard to remove. Picking them is a horrible experience as you have to check every
strand of hair and then try to pull them off with tweezers. Our formula waits for lice to hatch and creates an
environment uninhabitable. Eventually, you wind up brushing them out of your hair. If it makes you feel better
to pick them all out, then go ahead but it is neither necessary nor recommended with this treatment.

Are lice harmful?
No, actually they are not. They are annoying, they itch, they eat blood like a mosquito, defecate on your
scalp, and they are disgusting. But they are not harmful.

Does it work on adults?
Yes. It works great on adults or children.

Can I get rid of lice by a permanent or hair color?
No. You can't get rid of them by permanents or by dying the hair. We tried that too.

Can I get rid of lice by cutting off all the hair?
Yes. As a matter of fact, this is the cheapest and most easily recommended treatment. The problem is that
you have to cut the hair so that no more than 1 inch shows. Some boys are fine with that but most girls are
not.

What about allergic reactions?
We have no idea if it will cause an allergic reaction on you or your family. As with ANY product, use a small
portion on your forearm and check it every hour for eight hours before using. If you have any reaction
whatsoever, you can send the entire kit back and we will refund your money for the product.

Is it ok to use on very small children or the elderly?
So far, we have had no problems with either of the two groups of people. Use standard precautions and follow
the directions.

Is it non-toxic?
Yes, however, I wouldn't advise ingestion. It can be dangerous to ingest just as your normal shampoo is, or
toothpaste, or 100 gallons of soda pop. But overall it is pretty safe except for the severe diarrhea
accompanied by ingestion.

Will it affect any dies or permanents?
No, although discoloration can happen in clothes with the solution, it does not affect hair colors or perms.
Having said that, anytime you wash your hair frequently or with strong shampoos, you run the risk of it
affecting your hair.

Will it discolor my skin?
Not unless you put dye in it.

Is it harmful to animals?
We have not tested it on animals. Head lice only live on humans due to the fact that the enzymes that they
produce to break down blood into food, only works on human blood. They can be carried or transmitted by
animals but they cannot live on them for more than a few days. Since this is the case, we have not tried it on
animals nor do we recommend it. You can try it at your own risk if you like, but it isn�t necessary.

The following is information about the shipping process.

What about privacy?
Your order is shipped in a plain box. It will not have the words "lice", "cure", or "head" on it. The name on the
return address is either "North Coast, Inc." or our various shipping locations - none of which have anything
that would embarrass you or reveal the box contents.

How fast will I get my order?
Well, that depends on where you live and what shipping option you choose. We usually ship the next day via
USPS from the Chicago area.

Absolute Head Lice Cure is a

Actually, the instructions are easy: Saturate hair, leave on overnight (or for 6 hours), wash out in morning,
skip a night. Easy! But - we detail every single move so that there are as few questions as needed. The rest

number, email address, actually how it goes about killing lice AND nits, you know, all that kind of
information.

We put the instructions and the pouring lid on the bottom. Then fill an air bag. Then the bottles go in (with

This is the label that we have to put on the box as required by the US Postal Service because it is liquid. The
only thing that discloses anything is "Shampoo" which could be an order for fragrant, exotic shampoos
(nobody has to know what is really inside) As long as the postal workers can know that they are safe if it is
damaged by a forklift or something and leaks, that is their requirement.
